The skills needed to move forward are not taught in school, not found on a smart phone, and will never manifest by avoiding life. When we work together, you will learn these skills as you build upon your strengths, find hope and increase confidence.

1 on 1 Coaching
Your first step is to schedule a free consult with me. We’ll talk about what is going on with you and why you are seeking help at this time in your life. I’ll share with you more about how I work and answer any questions you have.
If you choose to work together, you sign a Coaching Agreement that spells out what you can expect from me and also your role in our work together. We start with a 3 month commitment where we meet once a week for 12 sessions for 45-50 minutes per session. After 12 sessions we will evaluate the progress you are making and discuss any changes you’d like to make overall.
Are we a right fit to work together?
I generally work with clients who are able to stand apart from and understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors with a sense of insight, perhaps even curiosity. I don’t pathologize or diagnose in the traditional sense. My craft is a hybrid of coaching and therapy, mostly leaning into the research-based results of Internal Family Systems Therapy. We keep an eye on the prize as we cultivate self-awareness and self-acceptance to clear the stuck and find confidence, wisdom and self-efficacy.
